Food and environmental sensitivities and allergies have been on the rise for the past decade, bringing with them an increase in the sales of allergy medications. Although these drugs will bring temporary relief, they are not addressing the overall problem. When allergies are suspected through a health assessment of the body, muscle response testing can be used to identify the specific foods and environmental culprits. A list will be provided to the patient, as foods or environmental substances to be avoided.
